Individual Appointments

Everyone is different, and the answer to which kind of coaching sessions you would like depends on your wants and needs. It is helpful to have regular sessions either once a week, or at least two or three times per month.
However, sometimes you may just like to schedule one or two sessions to make a plan, set goals, and get motivated.
